FAQs
Some slot games have bonus rounds or features with spins faster than 2.5 seconds, is this allowed?
Yes, this requirement does not apply to bonus and or feature games where an additional stake is not wagered.
Some slot games feature more than one set of reels, why are these still allowed?
These games were taken under consideration by the Gambling Commission and will remain under review.
How is my net position (win/loss) calculated?
Net position is defined as the total of all winnings minus the sum of all losses since the start of the gaming session. A gaming session is defined as the opening and closing of one slot game.
How do I view my in game history?
History icons are displayed differently from one game provider to another.
Why is my net position (win/loss) updating before my game round ends?
We are required to display net position (win or loss) of a particular game session. There will be isolated instances where a customer's net position will update before a game round appears to end due to how slot game transactions are settled. Although all slot game outcomes are decided using RNG (Random Number Generator), game results are often known and settled instantly, and visualisations can continue long after the result is known. This has always been the case with some slot games, but with the display of net position it has become more apparent.
Whilst we appreciate this may affect a customer's experience, the display is a measure to meet regulatory requirements. We can assure you that game rounds are playing out correctly and using RNG to determine the outcome. Any wins due are paid out to you in full, in line with the slot rules/paytable.
Why are some Casino suppliers missing?
If you have excluded yourself from our Sports product, access to certain Casino providers may also be restricted. This is because some virtual games are powered by overlapping platforms that support both Sports and Casino content.
If you have any questions or need assistance, contact our Support team.
Do I need to download anything to play in the Casino?
No downloads are required. You can play instantly by logging in to your account and launching your preferred games.
For added convenience, you may also download our mobile app, available on Android and iOS in supported regions.
Why are some games in maintenance, and how long does it last?
Games may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance by the provider. This helps ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintenance periods can vary, typically lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. Once complete, the games will be available again as normal.
My game was interrupted by maintenance, what happens to my spin?
If your game is interrupted during an active round, your game state is saved. Once maintenance is complete, you should be able to resume and complete the round.
Note: If you encounter any issues, contact our Support team and they will assist in resolving the matter.
Why am I receiving a geo-location block when launching a game?
A geo-location block may occur if you are accessing your account from a country where certain game providers are restricted.
If you are travelling, you may need to wait until you return to your home country to access specific games.
If you are not travelling, contact Support and provide the following:
Your IP address.
Your current location.
The last time you successfully accessed the game.
Why has my balance decreased by more than my selected stake?
The system cannot change your stake without your input. However, some games display values in coins rather than currency, which can make amounts appear different.
Click on your balance within the game to toggle between coin and currency views (if available). This should help clarify any discrepancies.
