๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Comprehensive Maintenance (Legacy Plans)

A legacy product that we are phasing out.

Comprehensive maintenance is a legacy intruder alarm service plan that goes beyond our standard maintenance contracts. It was originally offered as:

  • Plan B / Plan C for legacy A1 Security clients

  • Silver / Gold plans for legacy Elite Security clients

While we continue to honour these plans for the remainder of their contract term, they are being phased out. At your next renewal, you will be offered our standard maintenance plan (Plan A for A1 clients, Bronze for Elite clients).

๐Ÿ” What Comprehensive Maintenance Covers

  • Preventative Maintenance Visits

    • Routine system testing and servicing.

    • Under comprehensive cover, both labour and most consumables used during these visits are included.

  • Corrective Maintenance (Callouts)

    • If your system develops a fault, we attend and resolve the issue.

    • Under comprehensive cover, you are not charged for labour or callout fees.

    • Depending on your plan, some or all replacement parts/consumables are also included.

๐Ÿ“Š Plan Types

  • Plan B / Silver

    • Labour and callout fees are included.

    • Materials/consumables are chargeable (e.g. replacement batteries, sensors).

  • Plan C / Gold

    • Labour, callout fees, and most materials/consumables are included.

    • Virtually all servicing and corrective work is covered.

โš ๏ธ Important Note

  • Comprehensive maintenance is a legacy product.

  • Wilson Alarms will continue to honour these plans until your renewal date.

  • At renewal, you will transition to our standard maintenance contract:

    • Plan A (for A1 legacy clients)

    • Bronze (for Elite legacy clients)

This ensures consistency across our customer base and aligns with our NSI Gold-accredited standard terms.

๐Ÿ‘‰ If youโ€™re unsure which plan you are currently on, or want to understand how your renewal will work, please contact our service team and weโ€™ll be happy to explain.
