How do I prepare Huel Ramen?

Open lid halfway, add the sachet, fill to the line with boiling water (450–500ml for Black Edition, 320ml for Lite), stir, close lid, wait 4–5 minutes. Drink the broth — that's where the vitamins and minerals are.

Huel Ramen is ready in minutes. Here's how to make it:

  1. Open the lid halfway — don't remove it fully.

  2. Add the sachet contents — tip in the flavour/seasoning sachet.

  3. Fill with boiling water to the fill line — approximately 450–500ml for Black Edition, 320ml for Lite. As long as the water covers the noodle nest, it will cook well. You can use slightly less if you prefer a more concentrated broth.

  4. Stir, then close the lid.

  5. Leave for 4–5 minutes.

  6. Stir and enjoy — contents will be hot.

Drink the broth

The vitamins and minerals in Huel Ramen are entirely contained within the broth — so make sure you drink it. Don't leave it in the pot.
