Your saved payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit cards) store delivery address information in your Huel account.
If you notice the address is incorrect before placing an order, you can update it directly in your account settings.
If an order has already been placed with the wrong address, you'll need to contact our support team to help resolve it.
Quick start: Most issues are fixed by updating your address in two places — your Huel account AND your device (Apple Pay/Google Pay).

Update in your Huel account
Follow these steps to update the address associated with a saved payment method:
Log in to your Huel account at huel.com (or huel.co.uk for UK, huel.eu for EU)
Go to Account Settings (usually located at the top-right of the page, in a profile menu or gear icon)
Select Payment Methods or Saved Cards
Find the payment method you want to edit (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Click Edit or the pencil icon next to the payment method
Update your address fields (street address, city, postal code)
Click Save or Update
Your updated address will apply to all future orders using that payment method.
Update in Apple Pay (device settings)
If you use Apple Pay to buy from Huel, your address comes from your device's Apple Pay settings.
Updating your address in your Huel account alone will not change your Apple Pay address — you must update it on your device.
On iPhone, iPad, or Mac:
Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay
Tap or click the card you want to edit (the one with the incorrect address)
Tap or click Edit
Update your address (street, city, postal code)
Tap or click Done
The next time you use Apple Pay with Huel, the updated address will appear.
Update in Google Pay (device settings)
If you use Google Pay to buy from Huel, your address comes from your Google Pay app or account.
Updating your address in your Huel account alone will not change your Google Pay address — you must update it on your device or in Google Pay.
On Android device:
Open the Google Pay app
Tap the Payment methods icon (card icon)
Tap the payment method you want to edit
Tap Edit
Update your address (street, city, postal code)
Tap Save
On a computer:
Go to pay.google.com
Click Payment methods on the left
Click the payment method you want to edit
Click Edit
Update your address
Click Save
The next time you use Google Pay with Huel, the updated address will appear.
Order already placed with the wrong address?
We can't look up orders by email alone (Apple Pay/Google Pay orders are tied to the payment method instead).
But our support team can find it with your order number, payment details, or checkout email.

Common mistakes to avoid
Updating only your Huel account address: If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, you must also update your address in your device settings or Google Pay account — updating Huel alone is not enough.
Forgetting to update before your next order: Once you update a payment method address, it applies to all future orders using that method. Make sure your updated address is correct before placing your next order.
