If you're waiting for your Huel Refer a Friend reward, there are a few reasons why it might not have appeared in your account yet.
When do I receive my Huel Refer a Friend reward?
You receive your Huel Refer a Friend reward when your referred friend completes their first order using your referral code and meets the £60 minimum spend requirement. Once their order is confirmed, your reward code will appear in your My Rewards account area.
Why haven't I received my Huel Refer a Friend reward yet?
Your reward may be delayed for one of these reasons:
Order is still being processed: It can take a few hours to a day for orders to be fully processed and confirmed in Huel's system
Code wasn't applied: Your friend may have placed an order without using your referral code. Ask them to confirm they entered your code at checkout
Minimum spend not met: Your friend's order must total at least £60 for you to earn the reward. If their order was below £60, the reward won't be issued
Friend isn't a new customer: Your Refer a Friend reward only applies when someone places their first-ever Huel order. If your friend has ordered from Huel before, you won't receive a reward
Order was cancelled: If your friend's order was cancelled after placement, the reward won't be issued

You can check your Huel Refer a Friend rewards at any time:
Log into your Huel Account
Go to My Rewards
You'll see a summary of your referrals, rewards issued, and reward codes available to use
How can I check if my friend placed their order?
If you're unsure whether your friend completed their order, you can:
Ask your friend directly if they received an order confirmation email
Ask them to confirm they used your referral code at checkout
Check the details of the order together to ensure it met the £60 minimum spend
It's been more than 24 hours and I still don't have my reward
If more than 24 hours have passed since your friend placed their order and you still haven't received your Huel Refer a Friend reward, say "talk to a human" and our team will investigate.
