If your role isn't listed but you help the public
Some roles that support the public or work in emergency response aren't in the standard First Responders list. Examples may include paramedics, NHS staff during emergency response, or other community support roles.
To check if you qualify, contact Beans ID directly during the verification process. Beans ID reviews each application individually and can make eligibility decisions for roles not in the standard categories.
How to apply if your role isn't listed
Visit Beans ID and create a free account
During verification, provide clear documentation of your role and how you help the public (employment letter, ID badge, or payslip)
In the documentation or notes section, explain why you believe your role qualifies for the First Responders discount
Beans ID will review your application and make a final eligibility decision
Important: Beans ID makes all eligibility decisions. If your role is declined, Huel cannot override that decision, but you can reapply or contact Beans ID directly to appeal.
