I clicked a link in a Huel email but got a "page not found" error — what should I do?

"Marketing email link broken? We apologise. Search our site, check your account for the offer, or contact us — we'll help you find what you're looking for."

We apologise for the frustration. Sometimes links in our marketing emails can break due to site updates or changes to our product pages. Here's what you can do.

Why this happens

Marketing emails may contain links that become outdated when we:

  • Update or redesign our website

  • Remove time-sensitive offer pages after a promotion ends

  • Make changes to product page URLs

If you've clicked a link and landed on a "page not found" error, the link has likely expired or been moved.

What to do now

Option 1: Search for the product or offer

  • Go to Huel.com and use the search bar to find the product mentioned in the email

  • Browse our current bundles and promotions to see if a similar offer is still available

Option 2: Check your account for the offer

  • Log into your Huel account

  • Go to Account Overview to see if there's a discount code or offer applied to your account

  • Check your email for a separate promotional code that may have been sent with the offer

Option 3: Contact us If you can't find the product or offer, or if you believe you should have access to a specific promotion mentioned in the email, say "talk to a human" and our team will help. Please include:

  • The email you received

  • What product or offer you were looking for

  • Any promotional code mentioned (if applicable)

Our team can investigate the broken link and ensure you get access to the offer you were promised.
