The free Huel t-shirt is included with first qualifying orders, but there are a couple of reasons it may not have been included in your shipment.

Reason | Detail |
Size not selected at checkout | A preferred size and colour must be selected during the checkout process — if no size was chosen, the t-shirt will not be added to your order automatically |
Not your first order | The free t-shirt is a one-time gift included only with your first qualifying Huel order — it will not be added to subsequent orders on the same account |
Still Missing Your T-Shirt?
If your order met the eligibility criteria and you selected a size at checkout but your t-shirt was not delivered, say "talk to a human" and our team will investigate and help resolve the issue.
