To receive a free Huel T-shirt, the order must meet specific eligibility requirements and the selection process must be completed correctly.
If a Huel T-shirt was expected but not received, please check the following:
Size selection at checkout: A preferred size and color for the Huel T-shirt must be selected during the checkout process. If no size is selected, the Huel T-shirt will not be added to the shipment.
First-order eligibility: The free Huel T-shirt is a one-time gift included only with the first qualifying Huel order. If a previous order has been placed using the same account, the system will not automatically add another free Huel T-shirt.
