I didn’t receive the free t-shirt, what do I do?

The free Huel t-shirt is included with first qualifying orders. If you didn't receive yours, the most common reasons are below — along with what to do in each case.

You didn't select a size at checkout

A size and colour must be chosen during checkout for the t-shirt to be added to your order. If no size was selected, it won't be included automatically — but if this was your first qualifying Huel order, you may still be eligible to receive one.

What to do: Say "talk to a human" and our team will check your order and arrange the t-shirt for you if you're eligible.

It wasn't your first Huel order

The free t-shirt is a one-time gift with your first qualifying Huel order only. It won't be added to repeat or subsequent orders on the same account. Unfortunately, in this case the t-shirt cannot be sent out.

You selected a size but it wasn't in your parcel

If you did select a size at checkout on your first order but the t-shirt wasn't delivered, say "talk to a human" and our team will investigate and arrange a replacement.

Have the following ready when you get in touch:

  • Your order number

  • The size and colour you selected at checkout
