Huel Complete Nutrition Bars are made from nutrient-dense ingredients designed to deliver complete nutrition in a convenient snack.

Here's what goes into each bar:

Carbohydrates: Mainly from wheat, with smaller amounts from other ingredients. These provide sustained energy.

Protein: A blend of pea and brown rice protein. When combined, these plant-based proteins provide complete amino acid coverage (EAA — Essential Amino Acids — meaning your body can't make them, so they must come from food). From August 2026, selected flavours (Dark Chocolate & Raspberry, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) also include added lysine — an essential amino acid that supports the overall protein profile and contributes to improved taste.

Fat: A mix of cocoa, flaxseed powder, and sunflower oil, plus peanuts in the Peanut Caramel flavour. These support nutrient absorption and provide satiety.

Fibre: Predominantly soluble fibre, which supports digestion and also binds the bar together.

Vitamins & Minerals: All 26 essential vitamins and minerals, including higher levels of vitamin C for immune support and vegan vitamin D3 for bone health.

What you won't find: No lactose, no animal-derived ingredients, and everything is non-GMO.

New packaging (from August 2026)

From August 2026, all Huel Complete Nutrition Bar flavours are moving to upgraded matte packaging. The new packaging is thicker with a more premium feel — recyclability is unchanged. The bars remain recyclable at storefront collection points across the UK.
