How do I change / amend the items in my order? (uk)

How to change items in your Huel EU one-off or subscription order, timing windows for changes, how to edit subscription items, and what to do if your order has already shipped.

It depends on whether your order is a one-off order or a Huel subscription order.

One-off Huel orders

Our fulfilment team works quickly, so once your Huel order is placed it's often too late to make changes.

If you need to amend something, say "talk to a human" as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.

If your Huel order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we won't be able to update it.

Huel subscription orders

You can update your Huel subscription items anytime:

  1. Log into your Huel Account at uk.huel.com

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Select Manage Subscription

  4. Edit the Huel products, flavours, or quantities

  5. Save your changes — they'll apply to your next renewal

Tip

If your Huel order has already shipped and you don't want some of the items, you can return them once they arrive. Contact our team for details on how Huel returns work.
