Sorry to hear your First Responders discount code isn't working! Here are the most common reasons:
1. Minimum spend not met
Your First Responders discount is only valid on Huel orders over £46.
2. Your First Responders code has expired
First Responders discount codes are valid until 30th September 2025.
After this date, you'll need to reapply via Claim First Responders Discount.
3. UK store only
Your First Responders discount is only valid on the UK Huel store.
4. Only one discount code per order
Only one discount code can be applied at your Huel checkout.
If another promotional code is already active, your First Responders discount code won't stack.
5. Adding your code to a subscription order
Make sure you're adding your First Responders discount code in the correct place:
Log into your Huel Account at https://uk.huel.com/account/login.
Click on My Subscriptions.
Select Manage Subscriptions.
Click Add a Discount Code and enter your First Responders discount code.
