Written by Jamie Forbes

If your First Responders discount code has expired, you'll need to reapply to receive a new code. Here's how to renew your First Responders discount and update your subscription if needed.

First Responders discount code expiry

Expiry date First Responders discount codes are valid until 30th September 2025. After this date, expired codes cannot be reactivated or extended.

Code no longer works after expiry Once your First Responders discount code expires, it will no longer apply to:

  • One-off orders

  • Subscription renewals

  • Future purchases

How to reapply for a new First Responders discount code

To continue receiving your First Responders discount after your code expires:

  1. Click Claim First Responders Discount

  2. Create a new Beans iD account or log into your existing account

  3. Verify your employment status through Beans iD (takes approximately 2 minutes)

  4. Once verified, Beans iD will issue you a new First Responders discount code

Your new code will be valid for 12 months from issuance.

If your subscription had an expired First Responders code

If your First Responders discount code expired while attached to your subscription, the discount will no longer apply to future renewals. Your orders will revert to full price unless you add a new code.

How to update your subscription with a new First Responders code:

  1. Log into your Huel Account

  2. Click on My Subscriptions

  3. Select Manage Subscriptions

  4. Click Add a Discount Code

  5. Enter your new First Responders discount code

  6. Click Submit to save it

Your new First Responders discount will apply to all future subscription deliveries.

Why your subscription reverted to full price

When a discount code expires:

  • The code automatically stops working

  • Subscriptions continue but without the discount applied

  • You won't be notified automatically — it's your responsibility to update your code

  • Orders will charge at full price until you add a new valid code

This is why it's important to reapply before your code expires (by 30th September 2025).
