My NHS code is expired
If your NHS discount code has expired, here's what you need to know:
1. NHS discount codes are valid for 12 months
NHS discount codes are issued for a 12-month period.
Once your NHS code expires, the code cannot be reactivated.
2. Reapply for a new NHS discount code
You'll need to reapply via the Claim NHS Discount page.
Reverification with your NHS email will generate a new NHS discount code if you're still eligible.
3. Update your subscription with a new NHS code
If your NHS code expired while linked to a subscription, the expired code will no longer apply to your future renewals.
To continue receiving your NHS discount on your subscription:
Log into your Huel Account at https://uk.huel.com/account/login.
Click on My Subscriptions.
Select Manage Subscriptions.
Click Add a Discount Code and enter your new NHS code.
