If you've applied for an NHS discount but haven't received your code, here are a few things to check:
1. Marketing opt-in during application
You must tick the "Opt in to marketing" box during the NHS discount application process.
If you didn't opt in, you won't receive your NHS discount code.
2. Check your NHS email inbox
Make sure you entered your @nhs.uk email address correctly when applying for your NHS discount.
Search for "Huel NHS" in your inbox and check your spam/junk folder in case your NHS code email was filtered.
3. Check if you've already applied this year
NHS discount codes are only issued once every 12 months.
If you've already applied for your NHS discount in the past year, you won't be sent a new code until you're eligible again.
4. Allow time for code delivery
In some cases, your NHS discount code can take up to 24–48 hours to arrive (especially if additional proof is needed).
