What documentation do I need for an NHS discount?

To receive an NHS discount, you’ll need to verify your status using your NHS email address.

Fastest way to verify
• Enter your valid @nhs.uk email address during the verification process.
• Once confirmed, you’ll instantly receive your discount code.

If your NHS email can’t be used
• Some NHS staff (e.g. contractors, trusts with alternate domains) may not have a standard @nhs.uk email.
• In this case, you may be asked for proof of employment such as:
• A recent NHS payslip
• An NHS staff ID badge
• An official letter of employment

Important to know
• All verification is handled by Huel’s NHS discount system.
• If your documents are not accepted, we cannot override the decision.
• Each NHS staff member can only receive one active discount code per year.
