Haven’t received my student discount code

If you’ve signed up for the student discount but haven’t received your code, don’t worry — here are some quick checks:

1. Check your Student Beans account

Log in to Student Beans — your code should be available directly in your account dashboard once you’ve been verified.

2. Look out for Student Beans’ confirmation email

Sometimes emails get delayed or filtered into junk/spam folders. Search for “Student Beans” in your inbox to see if it landed there.

3. Verification in progress

If you had to upload documents (like a student ID card), your application might still be under review. This can take up to 24–48 hours in rare cases.

4. Already applied in the last 12 months

Student Beans only allows one Huel student discount code per 12-month period. If you’ve already applied within that timeframe, you won’t receive a new code until you’re eligible again.
