Huel vending machines are operated by Mother, an independent company. All refunds and credits are processed directly by Mother β Huel is unable to process vending machine refunds.

When submitting your report, please have the following ready:
Information Needed | Detail |
Machine location | Address or area where the machine is located |
Time and date | When the issue occurred |
Product and flavour | The Huel product and flavour you selected |
What went wrong | e.g. product did not dispense, card was not charged, wrong item dispensed |
Your contact details | So Mother can follow up with you directly |
