Issue With Vending Machine

If a Huel vending machine purchase didn't work as expected, here's how to get it resolved.

Important: Vending machine refunds are handled by Mother, not Huel

Mother is the company that operates our vending machines. They handle all refunds and credits directly β€” Huel doesn't process vending machine refunds.

Here's what to do:

Step 1: Contact Mother Support directly

Go to Mother's support page and report your issue: https://help.thisismother.com/en/support/tickets/new

Mother will need:

  • Machine location (address or area)

  • Time and date of the issue

  • Huel product and flavor you selected

  • What went wrong (product didn't dispense, card wasn't charged, etc.)

  • Your contact information

Step 2 (optional): Let us know

If you'd like Huel to be aware of any patterns or recurring issues with a specific machine, you can also let us know. We can pass this info along to help improve the vending experience.

Why contact Mother directly?

  • Mother owns and operates the machines

  • Only they can process refunds or credits

  • They can resolve the issue faster than going through us
