Huel vending machines are operated by Mother, an independent company. All refunds and credits are processed directly by Mother β€” Huel is unable to process vending machine refunds.


Step 1: Contact Mother Support Directly

Report your issue to Mother's support team here: help.thisismother.com

When submitting your report, please have the following ready:

Information Needed

Detail

Machine location

Address or area where the machine is located

Time and date

When the issue occurred

Product and flavour

The Huel product and flavour you selected

What went wrong

e.g. product did not dispense, card was not charged, wrong item dispensed

Your contact details

So Mother can follow up with you directly
