To set up your email branding head to Settings >Marketing & comms > Email branding.

Here you will be able to fill out various information that will appear in the emails sent out to customers.

  • Email from address - set the email address that Trybe emails should be sent from. You will find more information about this here.

  • Greeting - select from a drop down how you would like to greet clients in emails.

  • Sign off - select from a drop down how you would like to sign off email communications.

  • Logo - here you can upload an image of your logo to display at the top of emails.

  • Accent colour - select the colour for the buttons in the emails.

  • Background colour - a white rectangle will contain your text, but you can customise the colour of the background behind this by selecting a colour.

  • Text colour - select the text colour your emails should have.

  • Advanced colours ** - give you the option to further customize your emails (see details below)

  • Confirmation text - here you can add any extra wording that you want to appear in your confirmation emails. Any message entered here will only be included in emails if you don't have any template set up for confirmation emails. Please view 'Order Emails' guide for more info.

Once all is done you can press the 'Preview' button to see what the email will look like. If happy with the preview you can 'Save changes'.

Advanced colours

These allow you to fully customise the text and banner colours in particular emails sent from Trybe :

Greetings, sign off, logo, accent colour, background colour, text colour and advanced colours will apply to every email that your spa sends out. The confirmation text will only be added to booking confirmation emails if you don't have any templates set up for confirmation emails.

The image below shows an example of what the confirmation email looks like based on the email branding you have set up.

"Info banner" refers to the Pay-By-Link email template, the reminder email template and the follow-up email template.
