In order to withdraw money, two criteria need to be met:

1. Your account has to be verified.

2. Wager 3x on the last deposit needs to have been made. In simpler words, this means that you need to place bets on the sum of 3x of your last deposit. If, for example, your deposit was 10 EUR, the 3x wager is 30 EUR. After you have placed bets of 30 EUR, you will be able to withdraw.

To proceed with withdrawals, please go to your Account > Wallet > Funds withdrawal > Select the relevant withdrawal method and follow the instructions.

Please note: wherever possible, withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used to fund the account.
