I do not have a valid ID, what should I do?

Please, note that a valid ID is a must for account verification and, therefore, withdrawals. In case you do not have a valid ID, we recommend that you contact your local authorities for the reissuing of your ID. However, do not worry. Your funds are safe in your account (in case they are unplayed) until the moment you upload the documents needed for verification.
