To verify your identity, we require a photo of your passport or other government-issued ID cards/driver's license (front and back in color).
To verify your address information, you will need to upload proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or a tax document issued within the last 3 months.
Verification of payment method: The proof of deposit will depend on the deposit method you have used.
E-wallet: upload an e-wallet screenshot showing your name and/or number (ID) of the e-wallet.
Credit/Debit Card: front and back, in color. Please, cover the middle 6 digits in the front, but leave visible the first 6 and last 4 digits. For the back side, please cover the 3-digit security code. Any scanned and/or modified document versions are not acceptable for verification according to our internal KYC policies.
Electronic Bank Transfer: bank statement showing recent deposits to the Tomb Riches Casino, with your full name and account number visible.
Please note that the proof of deposit should be verified by contacting the support department, so they will transfer it to the payment team, as there is currently no option for uploading it to your account.
Once all these documents have been checked, your account can be verified. Please note that full verification can be done only after you’ve made at least one deposit and provided the relevant proof of it. Before this, only your ID and proof of address could be approved.
