TIER is responsible for providing, operating and maintaining our micro-mobility fleet.

This includes ensuring the e-scooters, e-bikes, and e-mopeds are charged, are in good working condition and are being used safely.

TIER undertakes street patrols to ensure correct parking of vehicles and respond to reports of poor parking; moving vehicles to ensure there is adequate provision across the parking locations; and working with the police on reports of misuse.

TIER also employs local staff to manage the operation in the city.
