How to open and follow Intercom Tickets

At THE QUANTIC FACTORY, we utilize Intercom as our primary ticketing and article-sharing platform to provide seamless support to our valued customers. With Intercom, you can effortlessly raise support requests, track their progress, and access valuable resources. This guide will walk you through the process of opening and managing tickets using Intercom.

Accessing Intercom

The Intercom interface can be accessed directly from the THE QUANTIC FACTORY apps. Simply locate the blue bubble icon in the bottom right corner of the app. Clicking on this icon will open Intercom, where you can initiate conversations, view articles, and manage tickets.

Opening a Ticket

  1. Upon entering Intercom, you'll be greeted by the Home page (the Tickets page only appears once you've created your 1st ticket, do not panic if you don't have it).

  2. Locate the "Customer ticket" option.

  3. Clicking on this button will initiate a ticket form, where you can provide details about your issue or query.

Filling Out the Ticket Form

Regardless of the method you choose, the ticket form will contain the following fields:

  1. Ticket Title: Clearly describe the essence of your inquiry or concern.

  2. Description: Provide a detailed explanation of your issue or question.

Once you've filled out the form, click on the "Create ticket" button to formally submit it.

Tracking Your Tickets

To monitor the status of your tickets and access detailed information, you can navigate to the "Tickets" page.

Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your tickets, including their status and the associated conversation.

To view the conversation associated with a particular ticket, simply click on the "View Conversation" button.

Additional Tips

  1. To help the team, provide the shop's name and details concerning the reason you opened the ticket !

  2. For quick questions that don't necessarily require a ticket, you can use the Messages feature.
