What is it?
Fixed-structure templates are used when your medical record system requires a specific structure for notes to be transferred correctly.
This means that you can't modify the overall structure, but Tandem stills allow you to customise how content is written within it.
How to customise the template:
If you want to change how something is documented under a specific entry, you have two options:
Option 1: Adding memories

Recommended when you want to give Tandem smaller instructions or stylistic preferences, like "write this entry as a bullet point list".
Option 2: Using Custom Structure
You can change an entry’s data type from Text to Structured text. This allows you full control over what Tandem will documented under that entry.
This is recommended when you want detailed control over the content of an entry.
