Supported HRIS fields

The specific fields we can bring in vary across each HRIS. For details on which fields are supported for your HRIS, please refer to the attached spreadsheet below.

In addition to the supported fields listed, there are four standard fields that are always available regardless of which HRIS you use - first name, last name, email address and manager.

* IRIS Cascade: The field must be a single hierarchy node value. See this CascadeHR help page for information on their hierarchy structure. You can alternatively assign any hierarchy node level to each of the Team, Dept., Division and Company fields instead of those values if you'd prefer to bring them in. You are limited to a total of 6 hierarchy node values.

If you have any questions or would like a new field to be supported, please speak to your CSM or contact support@appraisd.com.

Your HRIS not on the list?

If the HRIS you use isn't on the list, we may be able to add it in future. Please speak to your CSM or contact support@appraisd.com, and we'll pass on the request to the product team.
