We offer a basic and an advanced package for the User Provisioning System as detailed below.
Basic package (free)
The basic package is sufficient for most of our clients and contains everything you need to get started with Talos Perform.
It includes:
Weekly user sync between your supported HRIS and Talos Perform
One-to-one field mapping between incoming HRIS fields and Talos Perform fields
Custom welcome emails for new users added by the integration
Integration run and error notification emails
Use of our Business Logic tool to configure mapping between incoming HRIS fields and Talos Perform fields
Advanced package (additional cost)

Our advanced package is needed for clients that require more regular user syncs or have complex performance management processes which require custom business logic to implement.
It includes:
Everything in the basic package
Daily user sync between the HRIS and Talos Perform*
Support for users from multiple supported HRIS systems synchronising to one Talos Perform account
*Unfortunately, due limitations from the IRIS Cascade API we are unable to offer daily sync for Cascade.
