Editing a user individually

Via the Administration Centre

To edit an existing user, click on the Administration Centre and then select the People tab.

Click on the 'Filter' button, add their name to the 'Specific employee' field and click 'Show results'.

Click 'Edit', make your required changes and click 'Save changes'.

Via the user's profile

Alternatively, you can edit a user's details directly from their profile. Start by searching for the user you would like to edit.

Then click on the cog icon to edit their details.

Info: Updating a user's default supervisors, will not automatically update the review supervisors on any of their historic or in progress reviews. You will need to edit the review(s) separately if you need to update the review supervisors.

Editing users in bulk

To edit existing users in bulk, click on the Administration Centre and then select the People tab.

Click on the 'Filter' button to narrow down your users, if needed.

Click 'Bulk actions' and then 'Edit in bulk'.

Unlock the field(s) you'd like to update by selecting the checkbox next to them. Click 'Save changes' and you'll be asked to confirm how many users you're editing.
