How to view and download a driver's uploaded files

You can browse a driver's uploaded tachograph files for any period, and download any of them individually.

👤 Available for:

  • Company accounts - Admin, Manager and Driver users

  • Personal accounts

Follow these steps to view and download a driver's files:

  1. Open the driver's Files section.

    • Company accounts:

      • Drivers → select driver → Files
        ​

    • Driver users and personal accounts:

      • Tachograph data → Files
        ​

  2. Set the "From" and "To" dates for the period you want.
    ​

  3. Choose whether they should filter by "Upload date" or "Download date" from the dropdown next to them.
    ​

  4. Click "View" to load the files for that period.
    ​

  5. Click "Download" next to any file to save it.
    ​

Sorting the list

Click the "Download date" or "Upload date" column heading to sort the list by that date instead.
