The "Vehicles used" section lists every vehicle a driver has driven over a chosen date range, along with when they used each one and how far they drove it.

What each row shows
Every row covers one continuous stretch of time the driver spent using one vehicle: the vehicle's "Registration number", the "Date start" and "Date end" of that stretch, and the vehicle's "ODO start" and "ODO end" — its odometer reading, or total distance driven, at the start and end of that period.
The "Distance" column then shows how far the vehicle traveled during that specific stretch, worked out from those two odometer readings.
Seeing this laid out per vehicle makes it easy to confirm which vehicle a driver was using during a particular trip, without checking anywhere else.
Why the time period matters
What you see depends on the date range set above the table, which covers the last 28 days by default.
Widening it shows a driver's full vehicle history for as far back as you need — useful when you're checking mileage over a longer stretch, for example for a report or a cost calculation.
