How to check which vehicles a driver used during a certain time period

You can see exactly which vehicles a driver has used over any date range, along with how far they drove each one.

👤 Available for:

  • Company accounts — Admin, Manager, and Driver users.

  • Personal accounts.

How to check

Follow these steps to check a driver's vehicle usage:

  1. Open the driver's Vehicles used section.
    ​

    • Company accounts (Admins and Managers):

      • Drivers → select driver → Vehicles used
        ​

    • Company accounts (Drivers) and Personal accounts:

      • Tachograph data → Vehicles used
        ​

  2. Set the "From" and "To" dates for the period you want to check.
    ​

  3. Click "View" to load the results for that period.
    ​

Reading the results

Each row is one stretch of time the driver spent using one vehicle.

The "Distance" column shows how far that vehicle traveled during that stretch, worked out from its odometer readings at the start and end.

Exporting the list

Click "Excel" to download the same results for the selected date range as a spreadsheet.
