How to edit a driver's activity — and how to revert changes if needed

You can correct a driver's recorded activity directly from their "Activities" page — for example, if the tachograph logged the wrong state for a period.

👤Available for:

  • Company accounts — Admin, Manager and Driver users

  • Personal accounts

🔔 Editing only changes what Tachogram shows, not the road record.

How editing works

Editing an activity here only changes what Tachogram shows.

It doesn't change the original data on the driver's card or in the vehicle unit.

If you make a change, print it out and keep it with you, since you may need to show it to explain the difference during a roadside check.

How to edit

✅ You can edit any activity period that has already finished. A period currently in progress becomes editable once it ends.

Follow these steps to edit an activity period:

  1. Open the driver's Activities page:

    • Company accounts (Admin and Manager):

      • Drivers → select driver → Activities

    • Company account (Driver) and Personal accounts:

      • Tachograph data → Activities

  2. Switch to the "Day view" tab, at the top.

  3. Click the colored bar for the activity you want to edit.

  4. Open the "State" dropdown and choose the correct activity.

  5. In the "Notes" field, you can add a reason to keep it on record.

  6. Click "Save".

View your edited activities

As soon as you save, your edited activity will be added in the "Edited activities" section and you will be able to see it on the list.

Here you can also view the "Old state" (original) and "New state" of the activity.

Delete an edited activity

To revert the editing of the activity, on the "Actions" column, click "Delete".
