What is the "Edited activities" section for?

The "Edited activities" section keeps a record of every activity period you've changed by hand for a driver. Each entry shows the original value the tachograph recorded and the new value you set instead, so nothing gets overwritten or lost.

👤 Available for:

  • Company accounts (Admins and Managers):

    • Drivers → select driver → Edited activities

  • Company account (Drivers) and Personal accounts:

    • Tachograph data → Edited activities

What each entry shows

Every row lists the start time of the changed period, the original state the tachograph recorded (for example "Driving"), the new state you set (for example "Work"), and any note you added to explain the change. Having the old and new value side by side means you can see exactly what was corrected without having to guess or check somewhere else.

Why edits are tracked here instead of just changing the record

When you change an activity period, Tachogram doesn't replace the original tachograph data — it keeps your change as a separate, visible entry alongside it. This means you always have a clear trail of what was changed and when, which is useful if you ever need to double-check or explain a correction later.
