Our
Reports module gives you a complete view of your tachograph data, all in one place. As soon as files are uploaded, the system automatically processes the data and organizes it into clear, structured reports — no manual work required.
You can track working time, monitor compliance, and keep an eye on file uploads, all through dedicated report sections. For company accounts, reports also provide insights across all drivers, helping you compare performance, manage workloads, and identify risks early.
Whenever you need to share or store data, reports can be easily exported in just a few clicks.
📘The 'Reports' module is available for manager and admin users in company accounts and for personal accounts.
Features
Find the right data with report categories
Tachogram organizes your reports into clear categories so you can quickly and easily find the information you need. Everything is structured and easy to navigate, helping you save time and stay focused on what matters most.
Quick access with favorites
Mark your most frequently used reports as Favorites so they always appear at the top of your list. This makes it easier and faster to find the reports you need every day, without searching through the full list. By organizing your reports this way, you can save time, reduce repetitive clicks, and keep your daily tasks simple and efficient.
📘 To add or remove a report to your favorites, click the star icon
next to the report name.
Report configuration
Certain reports can be set up to show specific details, like selected vehicles, drivers, or fine estimates based on local laws. For some reports, you can choose how detailed the information should be and select the time period you want the data to cover.
Reports can also be scheduled to be sent automatically via email. You can choose how often you want to receive them and in which format—PDF or Excel.
Find the reports you need
Admin and manager users in company accounts have access to a wider range of reports, giving them a clearer and more complete view of all of their drivers' activity, compliance, and overall operations.
Personal accounts are designed for a single driver, so they only include reports related to that driver. This makes it easier to monitor performance, spot risks early, and stay fully prepared for audits.
