How to create 'Attestation of activities'

The Attestation of Activities provides an official record of a driver's activities during periods not covered by tachograph data, such as leave, sickness, or other work.

You can easily create this document on our platform by filling in the required information accurately for the relevant period.

🔔 This section creates an Attestation of Activities document only. It does not update the driver's card or the tachograph.

If the form is used, the signed original should be kept with the driver's tachograph records and presented if requested during an inspection.
