👤 Available for:
Company accounts - admin users
The Groups section helps you organize drivers and vehicles into clear, manageable sets, making it easier to work with large amounts of data. Groups allow you to focus on a specific part of your fleet instead of viewing everything at once.
How groups are used
Groups can be created for drivers or for vehicles. A group can contain only one type:
Driver groups (only drivers)
Vehicle groups (only vehicles)
It’s not possible to mix drivers and vehicles in the same group. There is also no limit to how many drivers or vehicles a group can contain.
Why groups are useful
Groups are useful in many everyday situations, for example:
Filtering views so you only see data for a specific group
Reviewing activity, reports, or dashboards for part of the fleet
Organizing drivers or vehicles by location, department, client, or work type
Reducing clutter when managing large fleets
Some user types can also choose to view information only for selected groups, helping them focus on the data that matters to their role.
Managing groups
Company account admins can create and manage groups, and assign drivers or vehicles to them. Once created, groups can be reused across different sections of the system wherever group-based filtering is available.
In short, the Groups section is a flexible way to organize, filter, and focus on driver or vehicle data without changing the underlying structure of your fleet.
