Grouping drivers or vehicles helps you organize your fleet in a way that matches how your company actually works. By creating groups (for example by department, location, or type of work), you can control who sees which data.
Example of use: When you create a manager user, you can choose whether they have access to everything in the company or only to specific driver or vehicle groups.
This makes it easier to delegate responsibilities, protect sensitive data, and keep daily operations well structured as your fleet grows
How to make a group
👤Steps for:
Company accounts - admin users
Go to
Settings -> 
Group.
Click the "Create New Group" button at the top.
Select if you want to make a group of drivers or a group of vehicles.
Enter a name for the group, and optionally, a description and a manager.
Select the drivers or vehicles the group should contain.
📘 Vehicles and drivers can belong to multiple groups.
Click the Save button.
