The account is locked due to too many failed logins (most likely wrong password entered multiple times).

Simply click on "Forgot password?" to receive reset password instructions to your inbox. You'll receive a reset password token which will automatically unlock your account.

If the issue still persists, maybe try using a different browser and followed the steps above. Otherwise, please reach out to support with the steps followed and the error received.
