There are different methods for signing in to the Smart Skills App, depending on your platform settings and how your account was created:

Use your email and password to sign in if you've received an email invitation to set up your account.

Use your phone number and password to sign in if you've received an activation code via SMS.
Note: If you would like to have this option activated on your platform, contact your Customer Success Manager to request this.

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your platform, you can sign in with your company account. This is an Add-on feature that we can activate on your platform. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
The Smart Skills app is available for download on the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android devices.
Sign In to the Smart Skills App
Download the Smart Skills app from the App Store or Google Play
Open the Smart Skills app on your mobile phone or tablet
Enter your Platform Name and click NEXT
Choose your sign-in method:
βοΈ Email: Enter your email and password
π± Phone Number: If your account is linked to a phone number, enter your phone number (including country code) and password
- or -πΌ Company Account: If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, select 'Company account' to sign in through your company portal

Set your Password
Are you a new user? Follow these steps to set your password and activate your account:
βοΈ If your account is linked to an Email Address:
Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to set your password
βYour link will be active for 48 hours. If you do not activate it in time, ask your admin to resend the invite or follow the steps to reset your passwordEnter and confirm your New Password
Click SET PASSWORD
βYou can now sign in to Smart Skills!
π± If your account is linked to a Phone Number:
You will receive an activation code via SMS
βYour code will be active for 24 hours. If you do not activate it in time, ask your admin to resend the invite or follow the steps to reset your passwordOpen the Smart Skills app on your mobile phone or tablet
Enter your Platform Name and Click NEXT
Select the option I have an activation code
Enter your Phone Number (including country code)
Enter the Activation Code you received via SMS
Enter and confirm your New Password
Click SUBMIT
βYou can now sign in to Smart Skills!
πΌ If SSO is activated on your platform: you do not need a separate password and can log in with your company account!
Reset your Password
Forgot your password? No problem! Follow these steps to reset it:
βοΈ If your account is linked to an Email Address:
Open the Smart Skills app on your mobile phone or tablet
Enter your Platform Name and Click NEXT
Select the option SIGN IN WITH EMAIL
Click 'Forgot password?'
Enter your Email
Click SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK
βYou will receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your passwordClick the reset password link in the email
Enter and confirm your New Password
Click RESET PASSWORD
βYou can now sign in to Smart Skills!
π± If your account is linked to a Phone Number:
Open the Smart Skills app on your mobile phone or tablet
Enter your Platform Name and Click NEXT
Select the option SIGN IN WITH PHONE NUMBER
Click 'Forgot password?'
Enter your Phone Number (including country code)
Click SEND RESET CODE
βA reset code will be sent to your phone via SMS. Your code will be active for 24 hours.Enter the Reset Code sent via SMS
Enter and confirm your New Password
Click RESET PASSWORD
βYou can now sign in to Smart Skills!
