Analyzing, Viewing, and Exporting Checklist results​ 📊

Examine the submitted Checklists in detail to see what happened in the shop

​Platform Admins, Admins and Editors in the Platform can immediately scan over the results submitted by end-users on the Guides belonging to their Team, under the new Analytics Dashboard: Checklists.

Click "Analytics" and click "Checklist results" in the main menu of the Platform

They can examine each Checklist in detail to see what happened in the shop or in the field, filter data & download the results for further analysis.

Analyse results from Checklists

The first tab Overview, allows Platform Admins, Admins and Editors to check on a high level quantitative data on how all or multiple Checklists in their organisation are performing over time.

1. Select a timeframe, Workspaces name or Assigned name you are interested in

Note: You could choose, for example, to look at the current year, all Workspaces you have access to, or only a specific group of Workspaces at a time.

2. Check the Number of Checklists Submitted to see how many Checklists have been submitted over time.

3. Check the Number of Checks Submitted to see how many Checks have been submitted over time.

4. Check how the Checks are performing: Passed, Failed and Incomplete Checks over Time. You can in a quick glance, spot issues or checks skipped during a Checklist completion for example.

Note:

  • Passed Check is a check submitted with a green check mark

  • Failed Check is a check submitted with a red cross mark

  • Incomplete Check is a check submitted without input (no green check or red cross)

5. Check the Percentage of Failed Checks by Checklist with the list of all Checklists against the number of Checks submitted over a timeframe and the percentage of Checks failed and see exactly which specific Check is failing for example.

Note: a Failed Check is a check submitted with a red cross mark

View results from Checklists

The second tab Results, allows Platform Admin, Admins and Editors to check in depth qualitative data submitted per Checklists.

1. Change the filters to search for specific data: Date, Checklist, Guide, Workspace, Team and click "Apply"

2. Click on a submitted Checklist to see the detailed information

Export results from Checklists

1. Click "Analytics" and click “Checklist results” in the main menu of the platform and change the filters to search for specific data and click "Apply"

2. Click on the download icon on the right side of the screen

3. Your Checklists results are now being exported to a CSV file and sent to your email

4. Check your email inbox and download the received CVS file

Optional: Importing the CSV file to Excel to be able to perform further analysis, follow the steps below:

1. Open a new Excel spreadsheet

2. Click "File" then "Import"

4. Choose to separate data per columns in the Excel by selecting "Detect automatically" then click "Import data"

The data is now readable & ready for further analysis!
