To receive Instagram messages in Superchat, you need to allow access to messages from external tools. Find out how to do this here.
Via the connected Facebook Page:
Open your Facebook Page
Click on Professional Dashboard on the left
Select Linked Accounts.
Enable Allow access to messages.

Make sure you have an Instagram Business Profile.
Via the Instagram App:
Open the Instagram App on your smartphone.
Choose the respective Instagram profile.
Navigate to the Settings.
Follow the steps shown in the screenshots:
