Introduction
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an added layer of security for your Superchat account to prevent unauthorized access.
When enabled, you’ll need to provide both your password and a time-sensitive code, which expires after a few seconds, to log in.
This ensures that only you can access your account, even if someone else has your password.
Step by step: How to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner and select Profile from the left-hand menu.
2. Navigate to Security and click Activate.
3. Use your phone to scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your preferred Authenticator app. Then, enter the code generated by the app into the Code field.
4. Save the recovery code provided. This code will help you regain access if you lose your Authenticator app.
5. You will be logged out of Superchat. Simply log in again using the code from your Authenticator app, and you're all set!
How to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Go to Settings, click Security, and select Deactivate.. Done!
