Set up conversation filters. Save filters. How can I save filters?

Introduction

Conversation views are a tool that let you quickly display specific conversations by using preset filters in your Superchat dashboard.

The views are designed to save you time and improve your workflow by allowing you to filter and go through conversations efficiently.

How to create a new Conversation View

  1. Scroll down in your dashboard and click on New Filter.

  2. Here, you can add an icon and a name for your view.

    1. You can make the view public, so your colleagues can access it.

    2. Click on the +Add button to show the available filters.

  3. Select the information you want to filter.

    1. Once you have selected all the filters, click Save to complete your new view.

  4. Your saved view will appear at the bottom left of the screen.

    1. In this case, we configured the filters so that only messages in the "01 - Support" inbox, labeled "Finance," and assigned to me are displayed in the new "Finance inquiries" view.
