Introduction

Contact views let you quickly display a list of specific contacts by using preset filters on your Contacts tab.

They are designed to save you time and improve your workflow by allowing you to filter and see your contacts efficiently.

How to create a new Contact View

  1. Click on Add Filter in your Contacts tab, then click Add and select a filter you want to use for your new view.

  2. Click on Save Filter once you have added all the necessary filters. In this example, we are filtering contacts whose favorite color is blue and who live in Berlin.

  3. Give your view a name.

    1. You have the option to make the filter public, so your colleagues have access to it.

    2. Click on save to finish setting up the contact view.

  4. Your new view is available in the Contacts tab and can also be selected directly through the Add Filter button.

    1. This feature is especially useful when sending campaigns, as it allows you to quickly filter contacts before finalizing and sending the campaign.
