Introduction
In this article, we explain how you can use Zapier to automatically attach a label to a conversation when a deal has been marked as won in Pipedrive.

Step-by-step instructions
First, create the same zap from the helpcenter article prior to this one, but with the difference that the following things are selected for Trigger in Updated Deal in Pipedrive:
Select Deal Status in the Filter By field.
Select Won at Deal Status.
Create the event Update Conversation Labels in Superchat.
Select the following Actions:
For Conversation ID, select the ID from the third step Send Template in Superchat.
Under Labels, you can select the label that you want to attach to the conversation.
4. Publish the Zap. Now the label is attached to the conversation when the deal is marked as won.
