Introduction
In this article, we explain how you can use Zapier to automatically send a WhatsApp template when the deal changes the stage in Pipedrive.

Step-by-step description
Create a new Zap in Zapier.
Select Updated Deal as the event.
Then set the following triggers:
Under Filter By select Stage in Pipeline.
For Stage in Pipeline select the stage at which a template is to be sent.
Next, create Find a Contact in Superchat.
Then create the Send WhatsApp event and select the desired template.
Select Sent by Zapier as the sender name.
For To select the phone number from Find a Contact.
Under From select your WhatsApp profile.
Under Template select the template you want to send.
Publish the Zap. Now the desired template always gets sent out when the deal stage is changed.
