Introduction
In this article, we explain how you can use Zapier to automatically send a WhatsApp template when the deal stage changes in Pipedrive and then create a task in Pipedrive.

Step-by-step instructions
First create the zap from the helpcenter article before this one.
Now create a delay and select Delay for.
Enter the time for which the zap should be paused in Time Delayed For (value).
Under Time Delayed For (unit), select the time unit for which the zap should be paused.
Then select the Create Activity event.
Under Subject, enter the title of the task.
Under Organization, select the organization to which the task should be linked.
For Assign To, enter the person to whom the task should be assigned.
For Person, select the contact to whom the task should be linked.
Publish the Zap. Now the desired template is always sent out when the deal changes stage and a task gets created in Pipedrive with the desired delay.
