Introduction

In this article, we explain everything you need to know if you want to cover and automate communication with new customers and sport ethusiats. You will need a Typeform, Superchat and Zapier account for this. You'll also get tips on how to implement these processes effectively.

Step-by-Step Explanation

1. Create the desired Typeform.

2. Create all additional contact attributes needed in your Superchat account.

3. Design templates in Superchat that you plan to send to your customers at the end of the workflow.

4. In Zapier, set the initial trigger to "New Entry in Typeform." Log into your Typeform account in this step and select the created Typeform. As the last step, you can then synchronize the data from your test attempt.

5. Now use the "Find a contact" task for Superchat. Make sure you are logged into Superchat for this. As the value, select the form ID of the Typeform.

6. Additionally, we recommend incorporating the "Formatter" to ensure the phone number is already stored in the correct format.

7. Next, take the Zapier path suggestion and create two paths.

In this case, we distinguish between new and existing contacts. On the left side, you see the steps if the contact is new. Subsequently, you can send your first message as a template. Simply select the correct template and make sure the required variables, such as first name, are filled in.

For existing contacts, you can check the phone number again. Use the "path" feature here again to ensure no duplications.

Finally, a template should also be sent as the first message to initiate the conversation with customers.
