WhatsApp (Business) App connection still exists
WhatsApp specifies that a number can only be connected to one of the 3 existing WhatsApp accounts (WhatsApp App, WhatsApp Business App or WhatsApp Business API). In case you try to register an existing number and you have problems receiving the verification code (error message), please check again if this number is not currently connected to the WhatsApp App or the WhatsApp Business App.
If this is the case, you can find detailed instructions here on how to delete your existing WhatsApp (Business) account and thus free the number for a fresh connection.
After deleting the account, wait a couple of minutes before trying to trigger the verification code again.
Too many registration attempts
There are several possible reasons why the verification code does not reach you.
If you get an error message after repeated attempts to request the code, this may be because you have tried too many times. In this case, please contact our support (support@superchat.de) so that we can get in touch with our API-partner 360dialog to help fix this.
