You want to optimise your customer communication with Superchat and switch to the WhatsApp Business API, but you are currently using the WhatsApp Business App?
No problem! In one simple step, you can delete your account within the WhatsApp Business App and then register your number with the WhatsApp Business API.
⚠️ Important: Please note that all account data (including your chat history & files) will be deleted!
This is how it works
Open the WhatsApp Business app on your mobile phone
Click on Settings in the bottom right corner
Go to Account and click on Delete my account.
To confirm this process in the next step, you will be asked to enter the number currently connected to this account.
After this, click on Delete my account again
In the next step you will be asked for a simple confirmation, again click on Yes
