Will I incur additional costs due to billing?

The short answer: No – there are no extra charges for the billing process itself.

Monthly billing via SEPA direct debit or bank transfer is fully included in your smarta plan.


You won’t be charged any additional fees for receiving invoices or having payments collected.

If something’s unclear or you can’t identify a specific item, feel free to reach out – ideally via the chat in the smarta Web App or by email at kontakt-team@smarta-steuern.de.
